Instagram Feed Aesthetic: Analog Summer

This is one of my favorite moments of the week! 🧡☀

Time to show you guys a new feed, carefully crafted exclusively for the blog 🙂

I’ve started by picking a random image that I liked and  I create the whole theme around it. In this case was the photo of the model coming down the ladder, which looked great and reminded me of Instagram influencers lifestyle photos.

This is the first time all the images I used are from Unsplash, specifically the photographer Gian Sescon. Except for the first picture, the hand holding the sparkly thingy  (feed addicts will see it as the last photo, not the first haha).

So, without further ado, here’s my new Instagram feed, which I affectionately named Analog Summer

I’m also happy to announce that I’ll start including the VSCO app edits I created for each theme on the posts, starting with this one. Many people asked me for these specifications on previous feeds, but I edited each one photo manually in Photoshop…

But, thinking of your happiness as I always do 🧞‍♀️ hahah this time I’ve created the feed with that in mind, so here’s how to get this retro analog camera style using the app:

Of all editions, I think the ones that bring the most of the old retro photo effect are the highlight tint in the cream tone (that yellows the whites) and the grain.

Here’s the color palette for this aethetics:

Update: I’ve posted a tutorial on how to get a 90’s photo effect and you can check it out here 💝
